If you buy a new Bavaria Sailing-yacht with us and you let us rent it out for you for a period of 2 years, we will take care of you ship and handle all the activities that are involved with the renting of your yacht. You don't have to worry about your ship, but you can still make good use of it.
We offer you a brand new Bavaria with a very favourable discount, if you sign a rental contract with us for two years. You are off course allowed to lengthen that contract with another two years.
We guarantee you that we have the most beneficial renting conditions for you. We offer you a 65% share of the profits from the rent. So we only ask for a 35% intermediation fee. With every booking made, you will receive an overview from us.
We only rent out your yacht to people who are experienced sailors. We are a member of the Hiswa. We also have a CWO recognized sailing school.
You can always take your yacht on a holiday for three weeks a year. And you can always take your ship out if it's not rented out, because you are the owner of your yacht after all.
