We've made several catering packages for you to choose from for after sailing. 

Eel

After a lovely day of sailing, we'll moor at the restaurant of Smit-Bokkum, which is situated in the Marina. There the charming waitresses of Volendam will serve you and you will be giving a traditional liquor of herbs.

You will obviously get the opportunity to find out for yourself why Jan Smit's smoked eel is as world famous as it is.

He will also give you a tour of his smokehouse with an extra opportunity to visit the ‘Palingsound museum' at the attic of his restaurant.

Happy hour

Happy hour takes place after sailing. There you can chat in all comfort about the day's journey or race, while you're enjoying a nice drink and some snacks (we'll serve several kinds of snacks, crisps and nuts). We serve several kinds of liquor during happy hour: Beer, wine, traditional liquor of herbs, gin, juices and soda's. During happy hour all drinking is unlimited.

The price is  € 13,50, - p.p. excl. Tax and is included in the luxurious catering package.

Champagne party

After your journey on the Ijsselmeer we'll present you with a fizzling closing of the day. Taste how a real Champagne tastes, which is made only of the Chardonnay grape (Blanc de Blanc), discover what raspberry and strawberry do for a Champagne (rosé) and taste why the biological Champagne of Raymond Boulard wins gold and silver on the larger international tasting. A connoisseur will tell you everything about the Champagne.

The price is € 150, - excl. tax and is included in the Executive package (counting on three bottles per 10 persons)*
