Almost every organization works with teams. These days those teams are more often self-supporting. Each member is responsible for setting his own goals, planning on how to achieve them and for the execution of these plans. Constructive communication is therefore a must for any team to accomplish its goals. In the busyness of daily business there is hardly any time to think about the way a team works together and to find out where opportunities to improve the team are laying dormant.
The team coaching program at the Le Belle Training Centre offers the teams the opportunity to ask themselves the following questions: How can we make our team more efficient, more effective and more purposeful? What are our team's strengths? On which points could we improve? What shapes the culture of our team? How are the team's results affected by the way we communicate? How does it affect the individual members of the team? Were are we leaving knowledge, skills and chances unused? How can we discuss the way we work in a constructive way?
These and questions will be attend to during our team coaching. Off course we will discuss with you and the team on which areas your skill and insight will be trained. In consultation we will create goals for both the team and its individual members.
